Gene J. Cloud Jr. was last seen on January 25, 2012 near the Millston area in southern Jackson County. It has been reported that Gene was observed a short time later walking on Highway O, but his whereabouts since that time is unknown. Gene was last seen wearing a black stocking hat, black jeans, a red hooded sweatshirt, a black leather jacket, and black shoes.
