The FBI and the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin are seeking information regarding the murder of 18-year-old Rae Elaine Tourtillott. On October 15, 1986, Rae Elaine Tourtillott, an enrolled member of the Menominee
Indian Tribe, was seen by multiple individuals attending a birthday party on the Menominee Indian Reservation. After the party dispersed, Rae was picked up in a vehicle driven by two individuals. Rae was reportedly last seen alive after she exited the vehicle near the Tomow Overlook off of Old South Branch RD on the Menominee Indian
Reservation. The following day Tourtillott was reported missing. On April 9, 1987, Rae’s body was recovered by Menominee Tribal Police and the FBI.
