Frank went home to visit his family in Racine, WI and never returned back to Andrews AFB, MD on Jul 8, 1977 as expected. His family disclosed he left WI to return back to Andrews AFB, MD. After he went missing, sometime in 1979, Frank's mother received a letter from him stating he was ok, but that was the last letter she received from him. No one has seen or heard from him since.
